Items not delivered and after one garbled response that made no sense there has been no further response. Awful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
No Return Policy despite what their policy states. Delivery took over 8 weeks, price advertised is not what you pay, it moves from euro to dollar to uk pound, customs added on. Robot customer service. Just shocking and PayPal were of no assistance so AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam. Inferior quality item received and refused to provide a refund despite what their “company” policy says. Avoid.

It took too long to arrive an was completely the wrong size even though it was packaged as the size I ordered.emailed them lots of times they didn't keep me informed of tracking I thought I was getting an item that Oprah had endorsed what a scam.they had the cheek to offer me 5usd as a refund stay away.

I ordered two pairs of jeans back in April, and it took over a month to arrive. The jeans were advertised on Instagram, and it was eluded that the company was somehow linked to Ophrah, and her recommended vendors and that the items would arrive from US. When I chased for tracking details, I was given someone else's order links by mistake. Unprofessional, and slow responses from their customer service.

In the end, what I received was a pair of cheap looking, badly fitting jeans, that I would be embarrassed to give away to a charity shop. And they arrived from China, not US.

I am now trying to return the items for a refund, process of which will probably take another month, and cost me half of the value of the original order.

UPDATE: the company appears to have now stopped trading, and does not answer any emails. Lost nearly £70 and no way of getting it back!

UPDATE2: PayPal stepped in to help, and I have recovered my funds!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered a pair of front seam jeans - advertised on FB. Firstly I received a piece of plastic. I then complained again - this time I got a (very small) nylon fabric dress. Today I received 3 terrible quality items which will need to go in the bin. I can't even gift them to a charity shop. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting since 12 April for 2 pairs of jeans. Lots and lots if updates on shipping but still nothing and its 22 may. Can't comment on thw quality of the products as I've not received anything. 😕

Dreadful quality and sizing is all wrong. I ordered based on their size guide which is totally inaccurate. I requested a refund or and exchange. They have refused even though I quoted their own returns policy! Avoid at all costs!

This company is not even worth one star! Do not buy from them. I ordered a jumpsuit, it came from USA. Cheap material, not the colour shown in the advert and did not have an opening at the back wide enough. Their customer service is a joke. Would not give me a return address and offered £2 as goodwill gesture!

They are not even worth 1 star. I bought a jumpsuit that doesn't have an opening big enough to get into and the material quality is cheap and poor. I tried to return the outfit given I can't get into it and they offered me USD5 for something I paid GBP25. Don't buy from them unless you are willing to throw money down the drain

I ordered footwear in the middle of march .Not received them yet . I have email them a couple of times and they keep saying waiting for an update on shipping company .Really bad service .I hope I get them soon .

Say they dispatch from UK , no actually they are sent from USA just hope I eventually get mine as can’t find anything about them on the internet
