Na heel lang wachten ontving ik de…
Na heel lang wachten ontving ik de bestelde jas. Nog nooit zoiets lelijks gezien, het materiaal was een soort combinatie van karton en vilt en was zo 'soepel' als een plank.
Ben nu al 3 dagen bezig om te artikel terug te kunnen sturen. Je moet een retourformulier opvragen. eerst krijg je een bevestigingsmail dat je aanvraag ontvangen is, na 2 dagen een mail met de volgende tekst:
-Wat is de reden voor de retourzending?
-Als je reden voor retourneren een probleem met de maat is, kunnen we ook een omruiling aanbieden voor een andere maat of variant. Of misschien een ander artikel uit de winkelcollectie?
Als antwoord weer om formulier gevraagd. Weer een mail terug, nu met de tekst in het Engels:
Thank you for your email regarding the return. It is always possible to return your order to us.
Returning the order
Could you send us a photo of the package and the product so that we can assess whether the return is acceptable on this basis?
Once we have received and approved the photo, we will send you the return form.
Want to save time and money and not returning the order?
As sending the package back takes a lot of effort and is costly we can offer to save you time and money. We may be able to refund 20% of the purchase price. Of course, you can then keep the product and do not have to return your order!
If you accept our offer, please send us the order photo, and we will proceed immediately with a partial refund.
