I have 7 of these hats now and absolutely love them all... Comfortable, and don't seem to stain like others (Titleist, Live Lucky, etc...)
And they all look sporty.

Fabulous customer service. Excited to receive my order. I had to edit my order just hours after placing it! ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM. 😉. I emailed the company from the confirmation email. And Spencer took care of the rest. LETSGOOO. Who does that ?

I made a mistake on my order and ordered the incorrect size. I quickly emailed customer service and they worked miracles and changed the size for me. Wonderful customer service by Spencer! He saved Christmas and my stress.

Shipping was extortionate and got customs fees on top of it. When I reached out to the seller they were ignoring and provided 0 help or empathy for the situation. Wouldn’t recommend as the shipping has costed me a lot more than the item.

Purchases item, when sent it came in a logo bag. If your purchasing for Christmas, be aware your surprise will not be a surprise but a complete giveaway in their surprise.- not sure how to reply, but yes, you did state that when I emailed to explain how this ruined Xmas. There is not an option or disclosure to be aware of this. Your customer response doesn’t fix the issue caused.

Great quality product and customer service! Polo ran a little snug and had to exchange it for a larger size. Their customer service was top notch and responded quickly to accommodate my needs.

A little pricey but great products, clever slogans and fun to be part of. Nothing to do with my experience but previously had a scam using your company name. I’m sure you are aware

Purchased items 8th Nov and they arrived 17th Nov in the UK.
Customer service responded fast with question around dispatch time which took 2 Business days. 4 business days later I recieved my delivery.
Polo's are great quality and a nice fit, gloves are also nice quality although If you are in between sizes say L/XL I would get the L otherwise the thumb might be a little long.

the shirts are ok , but the glove are totally trash, we glove work for one hole and at the first driver it broke almost in half not just a little. they contact me and gave me a refund, because the saw it was a production defect.

Unfortunately, I was scammed by a different website claiming to be Bogey Bros Golf Co.
Once I realized I was scammed I reached out to Bogey Bros Golf Co. To let them know there were scammers out there using their name and product to steal money. I was not expecting them to do anything about it. I was just wanting to let them know so that they would be aware. Their customer service rep reached out to me to apologize for something that they have nothing to apologize for and then gave me a 15% off coupon for my next order. I will continue to order their product and wear it proudly. I wish there were more companies out there like this one.
