Refund Policy Leaves Customers Frustrated
I returned full-price boots from Bogs Canada due to fit issues. The portion I paid by card was refunded, but the $73.57 paid with store credit was non-refundable. Their policy doesn’t address purchases made partly with store credit, leaving the credit unusable.
This experience was very frustrating, and I won’t be shopping with this brand again. I hope Bogs clarifies their policy so future customers aren’t left in the same situation
