I bought a pattern for a blanket off of this website. It has many many mistakes in the pattern. I do not recommend this website for blanket patterns. It is very frustrating to figure it out on your own.
I ordered two digital patterns. I was unable to download them. I reached out and they said they were having issues and that I could receive 1 pattern for free. I ordered two patterns I explained and would like the written pattern sent to me. I have since been ignored...no response. This is no way to do business. I will not recommend, nor will I ever order from them again.
I got a pattern with no templates ("Teapot Parade"). Contacted Bohoblankets about it...still no response.
I ordered a digital download quilt pattern that required a large number of appliqué templates to complete. I received the basic pattern but not the templates. I queried this and was told they were having problems with the pattern but I could choose another as a gesture of goodwill. I accepted that but pointed out that this was a replacement, not a goodwill gesture as I had not received a usable download for the Forest Friends. I asked for reassurance that I would actually receive the templates. This was ignored. I have since asked 3 times for reassurance and have been totally ignored. The pattern is still for sale. A company I have used before but will definitely not use again. Ps I have to put a date for the experience but actually it is ongoing.
