Shocking customer service

Shocking. The dress that I purchased was completely different to what I ordered. I ordered grey and got a brown/beige. Returning the dress has proven to be a nightmare. I wanted a full refund since they sent me the wrong colour, and they kept offering me $10 instead of my full refund. I then proceeded to post the dress to the address given to me by Bohofancy, but for some reason the item arrives in China and then gets sent back to Singapore. I would not buy from this company ever again. The item on screen is different to what you receive.

Watch out

Watch out! FB Pictures are stolen from other shops, delivered clothes are completely different to those advertised and ordered, probably made in sweat shops and the shop owner is fraudulently scamming potential customers.

Scam!

Scam! Pictures shown has nothing to do with the clothes sent. Very sad, and no return info, or any sort of contacts, confirmations in the email to track the order.

BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!! This is a SCAM, the pictures are great but the quality of the clothing is terrible, is chinese stuff you get in flea markets for a dollar!!!
PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAMM
And o please report them if you’ve had a terrible experience like me !
