I had already prepaid my order, and then when the order reached me, they charged me again, so I have paid twice for the same bag
My suggestion is, please do not pre-pay because you anyway have to pay when the order comes and you would end up paying twice

The silver may have oxidised and may just need cleaning with a silver polishing cloth or by using baking soda and water. This could be due to expose to harsh chemicals. I.e suncreams, oils, perfume etc.
