Regarding our return policy and custom items:
You are right to expect that our "no questions asked" returns policy would apply. However, I need to be transparent with you—custom personalized items like address signs do have limitations when it comes to returns, precisely because they are made specifically for each customer. That said, we should have communicated this clearly at the time of your order, and we certainly should not have left you without a response when you reached out for help. I apologise sincerely for this failure in communication and service.

A free replacement with the correct address, produced and shipped at our expense, or a full refund processed immediately, if you prefer not to wait for a replacement.

We understand you've already filed a claim with your bank—that is completely understandable given the circumstances. If you're willing to give us the opportunity to resolve this directly, we will work with you to ensure the chargeback is no longer necessary.
