I am a courier for Hermes

I am a courier for Hermes. All JD.COM packages whatever size are classed as packets. That means when I come to your house with lets say a package containing a pair of trainers, 3 t shirts and 2 jumpers. I am paid at package rate. This means that every package I deliver for JD.COM I loose 30p. Not much you may think but over a week this adds up to a bit of cash. So please remember tomorrow when the courier knocks on your door He/She is being cheated by both Hermes and JD.COM . Ask the courier if they are receiving packet or parcel rate for your delivery.

worst company i have ever dealt with

every order i seem to have delivered to my work address either get lost or delivered late. you are advised on the email you will get a response within 24 hours. 3 days later!! then you get a poor response that doesn't help the situation.

the last delivery i had never come of the couriers van and was eventually re sent out. when i re sent the garment i received i never got a refund and was told as it was a replacement item you dont issue refunds.

how can you not issue a refund when i never got the original parcel after days of arguing and rude emails from myself 3 days later i got my refund.

then after all that i still order again another £50 order for next day. Again i never receive it then only Monday got a response from an email i sent 3 days ago 10/10 for customer service hey.

then i was told from the courier you never dispatched the parcel till saturday so no wonder i didn't get the parcel.

every order ive had ive had a problem and not once has anyone decided to apoologies on behlaf of the company or look into why this is actually happening instead getting me to sign forms confirming it isn't me taking both orders! or even saying heres a discount or free order for a total amount towards your next order.

i wont be using bohoo any longer as ive found more reliable plus size websites that have already deliverd to the same address with no problems.
i honestly dint know how so many orders can go so wrong and no one to look into a solution for the customer a very poor service.

Worst company I ever dealt with

Ordered 1 pair of boots and some leggings. Only received 1 single boot. leggings made for a child's height, after 2 months I'm still waiting for a refund. They say they've refunded me but somehow don't have a transaction number they have ask for my bank statement which I silly provided because I'm so sick of this. I'm not a customer that complaints but this company it's truly a joke! NEVER never buy from them.

Ridiculous

Ive brought once all cost 39.00 and i got it 2 days later standard delivery once i got it it all fitted perfect untill it all fell to bits when i got them even the necklaces and earings i brought came broken so i contacted boohoo on facebook because they couldnt be asked to answer my email so then the perosn was like send me pictures (like im going to lie ) and send me pictures of im this person so sent her a picture off my recipt i got with the order n hour it took for her to do a refund and turns out i got it like 10 days later even primark takes a week or 2 to get holes in clothes

Item returned and never got a refund!

Clothes are great but I have never had such a bad experience!After trying the product that did not work for me I have returned within the 30 days.I have emailed company two months later as I never received a refund on my card and no one has bothered to reply.
I never got my money back!
I will never ever buy from them again!
