My boiler was not heating correctly and Geoff came same day and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend Geoff to anyone looking for boiler maintenance in the wavertree / Liverpool area!

Geoffrey is an user friendly person. Understands the customer requirements well and provide a rough time of attending the problem and then informs us while is on the way with an accurate time of arrival. I called him on the New year eve as one of our properties central heating stopped working. He has attended the work, completed in quick time. Reasonable pricing, clean work, explains the recommendations/procedures. Would highly recommend.

Geoff was great, found his website on google and messaged as I was worried about the boiler and needed it serviced. He messaged within an hour or so and gave me a call arranging to come out the next day. When he attended, I found him to be informative and friendly and provided cost effective solutions at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend and will continue to use in future. Geoff has been fantastic and really helpful from the start. He's helped us with boiler repairs and more recently a new boiler installation. Prompt reply and same day call out to combi boiler dying - no call out fee - combi boiler ancient, difficult to source parts as not off the shelf - sourced and repaired within a coupla days - respectful of working area - polite - explained everything - highly recommended

Rang up and asked if he could help me with capping my gas pipe. He did such thing, great guy. Good job.

Had a leak in my down stairs toilet, jeff did great job fixing it and carried out a service on my boiler while he was there highly recommended him for future jobs 👍

Geoff was great. He came out to our house in Halewood to fix our Worcester boiler which had stopped working, he also serviced the boiler for us too. He was very friendly and informative!

Geoff came and completed a service as well as a fix on our boiler. We had a faulty fan and despite it being a tricky fix he did an amazing job. He was quick, efficient and lovely. Could not recommend enough!

Geoff from Response Boiler Repair was brilliant! He turned up on time on the days he said he would and kept me updated the whole way through. Communication was spot on, and he explained all the pricing clearly really fair and reasonable too. Geoff’s a great guy, super friendly and easy to deal with. Would 100% recommend him for any heating or plumbing work!

We cant fault Geoff! We had a problem with our boiler, found Geoffs number and he came the same day within the timeframe he told us! He also kept us updated with how long he will be etc, this goes a long way.
He managed to order and fit a new boiler for us the next day… as were 2 girls we didn’t have a clue about boilers so Geoff visited again to talk us through how to work the boiler properly.
Would definitely recommend Geoff, he was polite enough to bring his own tea and biscuits too, thanks again!!

We called Geoff so last min with a problem with our boiler he came out to us quickly and identified the problem in time no messing around or ripping you off. ordered a new boiler and put in so many hours the next day fitting it. Was a pleasure to have in the house a nice man and very helpful! Will be using each year for our boiler services :) thanks Geoff!
