Left with a bad taste after several loyal years.
We’ve been using this company for many years, always an excellent service. Each year they’d write with a date for the service, let themselves in, do the job & send the bill. Perfect. However, we’ve just been given the date for Jan 2025 with note to say this will be the last service in our area. That’s fine but , we can’t do that date so we’ve been ‘let go’. No offer of another date just ‘you should have contacted us’.
We feel that after many years of using this company & expecting much the same as always, we’ve been badly let down.
So much for loyalty.

Have remained with this company for very many years - would say that unlike many others they have improved concerning all aspects of boiler/heating care.
Management are most considerate and cannot praise the visiting home engineers enough - they are most trustworthy, kind & helpful.
