ve used Boiler Cop for many years and have always received excellent service. No matter what time or day I call, they’re quick to respond and always happy to help.
They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy
Amazingly speedy service and communication. The most knowledgeable and reliable source for boiler parts I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t bother with any merchant after using BoilerCop.
I honestly can’t recommend Boiler Cop highly enough. They supply pretty much all of the boiler parts we need for our breakdowns and repairs, and I genuinely don’t know how we’d run our business without them.
The service from Ben is absolutely outstanding. We simply WhatsApp him with an enquiry, usually send over a photo of the boiler data plate and the part we’re looking for, and he does the rest. His knowledge of boilers and parts is fantastic, and quite often he’ll offer advice and help us identify exactly what we need, which can be invaluable when you’re out fault-finding.
He’ll then send us a quote, we give him the go-ahead, and more often than not the part is delivered straight to our house the following morning. It really couldn’t be any easier.
When you’re running a busy heating business, having a parts supplier you can rely on like this makes a massive difference. Fast, knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly dependable.
Boiler Cop is genuinely one of the best businesses I’ve ever dealt with. They’re a huge part of keeping Jones the Gas running and keeping our customers’ boilers working.
Fantastic company, fantastic service and absolutely deserving of five stars.
Been using boiler cop for years. Great service not just for parts but the advise is spot on. Ben definitely knows what he's talking about
Ben is an expert in his field. Great advice, parts delivered next day straight to my door so we can get our customers sorted quickly. Best prices around. Can’t fault his brilliant service. 5 stars all day long.
Boilercop has been incredible for the past 4 years! Top service! Top people! Definitely a go to supplier for boiler parts.
