Excellent lads - great job!

Just had Steve and Kyle round to change a 3-port valve. What a great set of lads. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Did the job in hardly any time and didn't make a mess - even took their shoes off when entering the house!!

Boiler Dr 5 star

recently had a fantastic boiler service from The Boiler Doctor. The engineer, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently explained the service process, answered and all my questions clearly. He was meticulous in his inspection and cleaning, leaving the boiler area spotless. Most importantly, my boiler now runs much more efficiently.
Michael is very polite and very work focused. Nothing is too much trouble.

Well I don't usually write a review but…

Well I don't usually write a review but the boiler doctor stands out what a genuine man he is I was let down last Friday with British gas so have been without heating and hot water for a week
I rang boiler man on Saturday he came round Saturday said he would fix it on Tuesday and as good as his word we have heating and hot water
I really appreciate him doing such a fabulous job and really keenly priced under half price of someone else he didn't leave any mess at all
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone
We will be 100% be using him again for putting new radiators in

I am actually in the building trade and…

I am actually in the building trade and understand standards and work process’s. These guys came into fix my mothers boiler and as always found other issues, which they dealt with without delay or additional cost.
I have already recommended them to a friend with a similar issue.

Great service at the start...but bad after care

Great service at the beginning, however, very little to no after care service. Have tried to call several times, but no call backs, no response to text messages or WhatsApp sent even though messages have been read. Very disappointed.

Sorry to hear you have been unable to contact us due to covid 19 we have only a manned office on a Monday and Friday and believe you have been contacting the engineers personal mobile rather than work phone

We have visited you on a number of occasions and found everything in operation with no issues apart from user fault

We also due to lack of custom in the outer London borough have decided not to work close to m25 / Greater London and focus on a close proximity range as we aim to provide service on a rapid basis and with to many variables such as traffic we have had to make the decision to stop serving areas such as yours

As you can imagine the pandemic has effect small business in different ways ours being staffing levels and having to utilise central location to help achieve our high standards.

We worked effortlessly to provide you with a impeccable service and went above and beyond for you as a family and have on numerous occasions helped you in other matters such as generic plumbing issues and even gave you a electrician number to rectify faulty light fittings

New office v Old heating system

We moved into our new office space right at the beginning of lockdown so haven't really had the chance to use the heating system until now. Turned it on, it worked, then it didn't giving off wafts of gas. Found Boiler Doctor via Google and so gave them a call. Simon was at our door within 15 minutes and managed to get us up and running again in no time (much to the happiness of our staff). We'll be keeping hold of B.D. details will be using them again for annual servicing plus any thing adhoc. Can't praise them enough.

Amazing service from Simon and Harry

Amazing service from Simon and Harry. We were left without heating after British Gas fixed a leak and the engineer left us with an erroring boiler and not heating. I messaged on Monday night and they came over first thing on Tuesday morning and were able to diagnose the problem. They fixed everything by Thursday morning. Highly recommend these guys!

Brilliant!

I have recently just bought my first property and there were a lot of issues with my pipes and water tank. Simon came to the rescue straight away and not only fixed the issues in one day but made the system 10 times better! A dedicated professional - will recommend 100%.
