I would just like to say a massive thank you to Boilers Direct, and in particular Matt. I rang yesterday regarding my radiators not heating up properly. Matt called today and sorted the problem within minutes. I cannot praise this company enough. Thank you. Sue Scarborough

Boilers direct came and gave me a quote in two days, 5 local companies didn't respond/ answer my requests.
Quote was good, team turned up on the day booked, worked hard,kept me informed, tidied up after themselves all in all a brilliant experience. Thanks guys

Fitted a new combi boiler and removed our old system.

The communication and explanation from Matthew and his team who dealt with my wife throughout as I was away. They were incredibly professional in providing a radiator power flush service and the work conducted immediately made our radiators hotter. We are really happy with the service and would highly recommend this company!

Our boiler went bang four years ago, Boilers Direct came out to give us a quote and at the time we just couldn't afford to get it fixed or get a new one.
They came back to see us this year and gave us a very reasonable quotation. We went ahead, old boiler, water tank, immersion heater removed and new combi boiler installed in two days! Excellent service and very polite and conscientious team, putting down protective coverings and checking where our mischievous cat was!

Also I love that they have a green pledge and for every boiler fitted 25 trees are planted. They should go visit and see their forest!

Had a boiler replaced by Boilers Direct on the 29th March 2021, they worked in a very professional way and did an excellent job, very good experience from start to finish and everything works better than before. Very neat work and clear instructions given. I would highly recommend them.

Had boilers direct come to my house and replace a very old heating boiler and a hot water boiler.
Wanted a combi boiler installed so after an enquiry they came to my house to discuss price. We agreed the work to be done and they came on the day we was booked in.
The work took 2 days to complete. I now have heating and hot water since ive been without for a long time.

Friendly lot too

Just had Boilers Direct to fit a new boiler in an old cottage (tricky job) but John and his two work colleagues have been absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend them. They have worked flat out all day. Thank you boys for all your hard work and very reasonable price. Mark and Carol Noble

Can highly recommend. I have been with Boilers Direct Scarborough for six years and throughout that time, Jon and Matt and co. have always been friendly and efficient.

I rate Boilers Direct In Scarborough very highly, they are a great team of guys, all the work was performed to the highest skill level with total attention to detail, Boiler piping a masterpiece! putting the last instalment to shame. All the guys were very polite and friendly, a pleasure to deal with.

First visit by Jon – same day in response to our email request. Was very knowledgeable and discussed options. He gave a possible date to commence works and informed us that we should allow 2 to 3 days for completion. New boiler would be re-positioned. We were given quotation by Matt for the work to be carried out. Day 1 - the team arrived at 8am on the date agreed and began work straight away. Old boiler, water tank, immersion heater removed. 3 wall heaters on stairs decommissioned. New combi boiler being placed in space left by immersion heater. New pipe work installed. (old tanks and cylinder removed from premises same day). Day 2 – all new electric switches and wiring connected. System flushed; radiators bled, boiler charged and system tested. Clear explanation given on operation of new system. The team worked non-stop and as a result work was completed in just 2 days. There was no mess or clearing up to do as they did that themselves. Price was a quoted. Later same day we received confirmation via email with Manufacturer's Warranty and Building Regulations Compliance Certificate attached.
We will definitely recommend boilers direct to anyone.

Use boilers direct for my annual service. Made a call today as my heating wasn't working downstairs. Although Jon had a busy schedule, he managed to fit me in and resolved my heating problem ... so thankful.

We have just had a new boiler fitted by Matt and John. What can say " FANTASTIC".
From start too finish very professional and clean. I would definitely recommend using Boilers Direct to anyone.

After my initial email for someone to come look at my set up and offer advice for options to upgrade Jon rang me and came round my house a few hours later that same day. Some quotes for different options were emailed a day later, no messing about.

Removed my old boiler from the kitchen giving extra space and relocated a new one in the loft. Jon and Matt got everything done in 2 days with the minimum of fuss. A few small unforseen issues arose which were remedied fast and efficiently. Polite, informative and gave a good demonstration of the features of the new boiler. Cleaned up after themselves. These guys seem very experienced and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them.

I got a quote from Matt and Jon, their prices seemed fair compared to other quotes we received. They took three days to remove all of the old boiler system, fit the new combi boiler and get us up and running... excellent friendly service and they managed to squeeze us in before Christmas!!!

Don't call anyone else!

After a few quotes for a new boiler along with the extremely high rip-off quote from a well known company we contacted Boilers Direct. Jon and Matt proved to be the most efficient and reasonably priced company we have ever dealt with. They started at 7.30am to get the boiler finished so we would not be without heat and water for our daughter who is disabled. I have and will continue to recommend them not only for the high quality of workmanship but they are a couple of great guys too.

We are so glad that having a few quotes for a new boiler we decided to go with Boilers Direct. Matt came to the house explained what they would do and the quote arrived the following day by email. The quote that we had from a national company was £1800 more expensive than from Matt.

Matt and John turned up at 0830 on the agreed date(two weeks after we received the quote)and worked until 2230 until they had completed the job. We can not fault their workmanship and we are delighted with the new boiler which we can now control with our iPhones.Great Company, Great Service and Great Guys
