OK so leaking flue from inherited aging boiler hidden behind fitted furniture. Tried to go local (Cornwall.) Husband could not understand the quotes knowing how much the actual boiler was...he surfed. Got in touch with this company. Good reviews...shows how helpful these are. Had video call and problem and solution discussed. Well...less than a week later job done!! Two gents csme from Wales - Gavin and Jack. OMG a delight. A neat job which required some hefty drilling for new flue. Slate detail beautifull replaced over site of original flue. Could not be happier. Well done and Thank you so much Gavin and Jack.

From quote to installation everyone we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. No hidden extras within the initial quote which was very competitive for our new boiler. The install team turned up early and worked hard to get us up and running with our new boiler. The aftercare service from Paul was fantastic! We had a very minor issue but was rectified quickly and efficiently even over a busy bank holiday weekend. Its very rare to get such great help and support so quickly and we really did appreciate it. Would highly recommend these guys.

Just had an upgrade install. The team were awesome, very professional, polite, courteous and worked clean as you go and left the property as though they hadn’t attended. Combi and radiators as recommended by Paul and his communication first class. Everything and extremely highly satisfied customer

They have charged us as quoted without any hidden cost. The price is also very competitive. Paul has responded to us immediately and professionally based on our requirements. Our tenant had been suffering for a few days without any heat and hot water and Boiler Team had responded to us precisely. The installation was done properly by Jack and Gavin. It was efficient, neat and tidy. Thanks to their hard work!

Moved house just before Christmas and found out the boiler had a number of issues, including a leaking condensate pipe. After our insurance company let us down. Deceived a new boiler would be the best option. Searched online and came across the Boiler Team. Simply filled in the form for the quote and within an hour Paul contacted us. Now I know he’s selling a product but Paul was amazing, listened to me moan about the boiler we had inherited and all the issues we had, he even stated it would probably be better to fix. However we wanted a new boiler, 3 days later our new boiler was fitted at a very competitive price. We couldn't fault the service or the team Dominic, Josh and McKenzie were amazing, gave great advice and left our home clean and tidy. They made the whole thing stress free and easy and for the first time the whole family feel lovely and warm in our new home. I wish all companies were as good as these. I would Definitely recommend the Boiler Team to anyone and everyone.

Excellent installation and perfect product. Had my first oil top up since installation and filling tank in June - only using half the oil my old Worcester used.

Very very pleased eith perfect instal and excellent day to day performance and running costs.

Paul the manager is a genuine guy, they did exactly what they promised - (no messing.) Jack and Andrew were such nice lads! They were respectful, down to earth, efficient, with such high standards. I phoned this Company, spoke to Paul in South Wales, after searching the internet. It very soon became clear to me that I was speaking to someone I could trust. I needed a new boiler for a property I rent out some distance from me. Everything was handled by this company, progress was continually updated. Schedule maintained and quote very competitive. Would definitely use this Company again.

From start to finish of my recent dealings with The Boiler Team I cannot speak too highly of everyone concerned.From the initial visit by Paul Thomas, followed by the prompt installation of a new oil boiler by Andy & Jack as well as the more recent service of my oil Aga, again by Andy & Jack, each & everyone concerned was efficient, very helpful & courteous.

I bought an oil boiler on finance in around August 2022 and my experience at first was great. The salesman was very good and the boiler was installed quickly with no issues. However, following installation my water pressure was very low throughout the house and when I called them I was advised to contact a local plumber. As part of my purchase, I was informed both in writing and verbally that The Boiler Team would arrange to complete annual services and would contact me accordingly. When they didn't contact me after one year since installation was coming up I phoned them to enquire and was advised they were running behind, however, somebody would be in touch. Again, nobody got in touch and I phoned them a handful of times over a long period of time and the outcome was always the same (promise of contact to arrange and then no contact). In the end The Boiler Team confirmed a date for completion of annual service, I took a day off work and nobody turned up. It is now 2025 and still no annual service. I emailed a complaint, copying in every contact email I could find on their website and I received no response, and quite frankly I have given up trying to deal with them and have resolved to arrange this with another company/local engineer. It has been a really disappointing outcome to a promising start, especially as this part of the service (arrangement of annual servicing) was specifically discussed, and part of the reason why I decided to go with a company like this instead of just buying a boiler privately. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again.

Great service from start to finish, Paul Churchill the salesman has an impeccable phone manner.
The price for my boiler swap was very competitive in fact the cheapest quote I had.
Jack and Andrew did all the work in under two days, left the job clean and tidy ( very nice guys!)

In Nov 23 boilerteam installed a new Worcester Oil boiler. First contact with Paul Churchill was great, I live in rural Devon so he asked for some photos and quoted on that basis. I accepted the quote and had a date set for the install a week or so later. No one turned up on the date and no phone call to explain. I persevered and had another install date set a week or so later. Two fitters arrived and did a really good job, neat installation new boiler, controller and motorised valves all good, 1.5 days work. Getting the Oftec certificate required multiple phone calls and emails but it arrived eventually. I had a problem 6 months later with radiators warming up when only the water should have been on. This was dealt with straight away by a fitter in the area who replaced a valve. Really good service.

Boiler Teams installers are efficient, friendly, tidy and considerate. Paul Churchil who arranged the installation for us, and explained the procedure is personable and effective, and a rapid turnaround. A great experience replacing our 22 year old Worcester Heatslave, with a new model. Bloody brilliant.

From the first enquiry the boiler team have been great so easy to deal with.
Colin and jack were great guys nothing was to much trouble.
I have no problem recommending the boiler team first class service first class business.

Bing, bang, Bosch. My enquiry through to installation was dealt with in double quick time, under a week!
Thanks to Paul for dealing with my enquiry and arranging such a rapid response. I wasn't in any particular rush but things just fell into place. Enquired with a number of companies on the Wednesday. Paul contacted me immediately to discuss requirements and request a couple of photographs of the existing installation, I received a comprehensive quote the following day. Having checked their rating I confirmed I was happy and Paul contacted me Friday to say they they had a team available Tuesday, was I interested? Brilliant, suited me, crack on.
Experienced installation team did a fine job in adverse weather conditions. Arrived on time at 9am and finally cleared away by 7pm. Removed our 25 year old Worcester Heatslave oil combi boiler and replaced it with Greenstar Heatslave. Long day for them with a 2 hour drive either end to get to us in West Wales.
Installation documentation with warranty received the following day and they left it a week before invoicing to allow time to ensure there were no issues.
New boiler has been operating smoothly for a month now. Main thing I notice is how much quieter it is when the burner kicks in.
It's early days but hopefully servicing and breakdown response will be equally efficient.

From start to finish the job was completed excellently. Paul came round had a look, gave some advice and within two weeks job was done- replacing boiler and 6 new radiators within two days. The workers were brilliant, good fun, professional, courteous and worked hard. First time I've every written a report like this on any company- but they deserve all the praise I can read about then here on Truspilot.
