“Blazing internet” over priced for mediocre wifi
Took them 2 days to send a text out saying their technicians cannot come resolve the internet issues until after the holiday weekend? Poor service, bad experiences with them taking a very long to resolve internet issues, they charge far too much $55 for only “up to” 50mgbt download speeds and that’s if it’s run well “blazing internet” yeah right it’s a monopolized scam is what it is

Fiber Internet You Can’t Count On
Boingo fiber came to my neighborhood last year and I was excited to try it out. Since setting up my service, there’s been problem after problem. Outages occur regularly and at the worst of times. Double nat issues that no one has been able to help me with. Can you please look into this and fix your internet. The internet is fast when it’s working, but reliability has been a major issue.

Boingo is expensive with no good benefits
Boingo was the worst internet provider I have ever had, besides good customer service you're paying expensive prices for only 3 devices, slow internet and constant outages. In the beginning Boingo wasn't bad I actually stood by them and told people they weren't bad until I didn't have Wi-Fi for over 5 days and the only compensation i got was 7 dollars and no help. once I learned other providers were offering same price as Boingo for triple the speeds and a huge decrease in outages i didn't even second guess changing.
