While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Fraudulent website

Fraudulent website. Designed to look like a federal government website but actually preying on unsuspecting small businesses who decided to DIY their BOIR filing. The fee is exorbitant ($349) for what is a $0 filing at the actual government website. Then they charge you about the same amount annually! Despite it being a one-time report and despite the report no longer being required at all.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. they charge $349 to file BOIR which is done for free on the fincen BOIR site, the format and fields look almost identical so clearly they are trying to trick you into paying for this service. I'm not even sure if they actually file on your behalf.

Scam!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is basically a slimy company imitating a government agency. My tax preparer told me that I had to file a BOI report and then sent me their link. Fifteen minutes later he said that he sent the wrong link and then he sent the correct link to the actual agency. It was too late, I had already paid $349 and sent them my information. Then I filed the BOI with the government agency which was FREE. They are too broke to afford a customer service number so I could only email them to tell them to cancel my order. This was all within 30 minutes. A week later the $349 came out of my account even though the report was ALREADY filed with the government agency! Scam company!!!
