I have ordered from Bokitta in the past…
I have ordered from Bokitta in the past and placed more orders now. Their customer service is stellar. Quick responses and they quickly addressed my needs and adjusted the order as I wanted.
The fabric, the designs and the stitching are unmatched. I still use and love the instant hijabs I got years ago.
Also make excellent gifts with the beautiful packing they come in.

Bokkita is my favorite hijab when I go out . Its simple to put on and extremely comfortable. Only things are expensive compared to other hijabs

I wasn’t happy with my purchase, I didn’t even received it , I paid for everything, and then they call from different carriers to pay for delivery!!!!!!!very disappointed, I didn’t even get my money Back!!!! The order was over $100!!!!

Concerning your order, we have clear disclaimers in multiple places along the customer journey about the recent changes in tax policies in the US, the same is also visible in the order confirmation email you would have received when placing the order. We also send individual emails prior to shipping the order so that you are well aware of these changes. From our side, every effort is made to make sure the customer is aware of these prior to shipping incase they want to cancel. If the customer doesn't respond or still refuses after all these disclaimers then the terms and conditions for return/order refusal as stated on our website will be applicable.
