Unfortunately, I had to ask Boku for help, and thankfully, they were very helpful. I accidentally fell for scammers through a hacked Facebook account. Using my phone number, they tried to take money from my subscription. After a few emails, they were able to help me stop the transaction. They're very accessible and respond quickly to emails. I'm very grateful!

I had never come across Boku before until we had an issue with a case of fraud that took place from my daughter's phone. I was advised to call Boku by my network provider. I spoke to a wonderful agent who was so helpful and reassuring. My issue was resolved after just a few more calls but the attitude and helpfulness made the whole situation better.
