Unfortunately, I had to ask Boku for help, and thankfully, they were very helpful. I accidentally fell for scammers through a hacked Facebook account. Using my phone number, they tried to take money from my subscription. After a few emails, they were able to help me stop the transaction. They're very accessible and respond quickly to emails. I'm very grateful!

Issue has not been resolved. Team are not communicating with me. I have emailed twice with no response.

My refund has still not been paid.

Fraud set right

Explained problem that someone had used my number without me knowing to pay a gaming bill .....boku after a couple of e mails agreed to pay it all back .even though it had taken a few months for phone company to mess me around . Big thanks boku

Fantastic service 🤗

I had never come across Boku before until we had an issue with a case of fraud that took place from my daughter's phone. I was advised to call Boku by my network provider. I spoke to a wonderful agent who was so helpful and reassuring. My issue was resolved after just a few more calls but the attitude and helpfulness made the whole situation better.
