Great company with best support team. We've been using Bokun for couple of years and couldn't be more satisfied with their services and their user friendly management software.

Very poor toon as it’s even not in the capacity to Block time slots even when a time slot is already booked. Although this is the whole point of such a system. I only use it because the Viator soft is even worden. The should be ashame that they let Viator suppliers stugge so much for such a stupid. If my business what not so dependable of demand on the platform I would already be gone for a long time. Bokun product quality and support. Zero to ten.

The worst customer support I have ever…
The worst customer support I have ever experienced. Bought by tripadvisor - support outsourced to India. They have no clue. 3 hours of my day wasted each time while they read the help document that I have also read. I can also read! Absolutely terrible. You ask them to email you instead of chat to not waste hours of your time. Three days later you get an email confirming your issue was resolved.
Bokun will lose customers unless they are fired. Absolute disgrace.
