It has been 7 months and still no boots. They failed to put the apartment number on the package and it was returned after waiting for two months. Another 5 months and still no resolve. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOKUSHOES!

I ordered shoes over a month ago. ONLY after I contacted them did they say they posted them but they came back. To a second email they now said they have none in stock. Do NOT deal with this company. The positive reviews are no doubt from their family and friends Scam, scam, scam

Just received my light weight breathable shoes and I just love them! So comfortable and fit perfectly, I take a 7 Australian size and I ordered 7 and they are perfect. I am just about to by another 2 pairs. Great quality great look and not cheap in any way.

if I could ii would give no stars ii ordered a pair of cute white boots back a couple months they still haven't been delivered ii contacted them to find out what was going on as my email with the order number was gone they said they couldn't find my order number but rest assured it was at the facility when ii questioned that then it was all of a sudden not in stock please pick something else so ii did that's not in stock pick something else. As I have asked them what they had available their reply was wr have so many items its difficult to show please pick another item or we can refund your money. ii picked another item that's not in stock ii mean seriously this company is so terrible they can't even show you what they have in stock and what's not in stock. it's not that hard to update the website they shouldn't be allowed to even sell anything...terrible company, poor customer service, very disappointed do not buy from them

I want to complement this company. I ordered shoes about two weeks ago but got worried because Google reviews said this was a scam site. I contacted Bokushoes immediately and asked if I was ever going to get my shoes. I got an email back right away assuring me I would get them. I did in less that two weeks and they are cute and comfortable!

I didn't want to give this company ANY stars. They're the worst. I ordered something 2 months ago and haven't gotten it. When I email to question about my order I get a response of "The items need 3-7 days for the preparation." This was a month after my order. A follow up email insisted the item had been shipped yet 1) it doesn't show up in my ordered items when I log into my account on the site. It doesn't show ANY items ordered 2) they can't give me any tracking information for a package that was SUPPOSEDLY shipped. This company is the worst! Don't waste your time or money ordering from them.

I ordered 4 Pair shoes 3 finally came I placed the order in April and they sent me shoes I never ordered. I Don’t know when I’m going to get the 4th pair but at this point I’m sure they won’t be what I ordered as well.

Cheap looking, ill fitting shoes. Don’t waste your money.

I bought two pairs of shoes. After 2 months and constant complaining I received one pair. They are ok.. it's now been three months and I have not received the second pair. They said they can't track my order and now they are out of stock on those shoes, and asked me to pick another pair!! Unfreaking believable. If they were a good company they'd have gotten me shoes on time. If they were legit, they'd have refunded me and got me my shoes for my terrible experience. Yes, don't order from Bokushoes. You will be left very dissatisfied. 😒

I bought two pairs of sandals that took a month to receive and then when I received them they look cheap and nothing like advertised. I am still trying to get a refund, but based on the reviews I guess I should just give up. Do not buy from them, it's hard to get a hold of anyone and they do not get back to you.

Received the wrong size and was told it was my fault. Only gave me a 20% refund and told I should give the wrong size to a friend. They wouldn’t take the shoes back.

Shoes look nothing like what they do online. They look cheap. They are not good quality. Do not buy unless you want to be disappointed!! This was stupidly my second time making this mistake, and forgot how they will refuse to refund them. The most they would give me back is 15% both times and wouldn’t let me return for a refund. Ridiculous, don’t do it.
