Extremely disappointing and unprofessional – not recommended
My experience with this provider has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about professionalism, transparency, and value for money.
First of all, communication is virtually non-existent. After raising clear and reasonable questions and objections, no one responded. There was no meaningful customer support, no explanation, no attempt to resolve the issue. Emails were simply ignored. For a paid “professional” course, this alone is unacceptable.
The second and much bigger issue is the course content itself. The product consists purely of static, text-based material. There are no video lectures, no recorded sessions, no live instruction, no interactive elements. This crucial fact was not transparently disclosed before purchase.
To be very clear:
Text-based real estate content is widely available online for 10–20 EUR, often even for free. There is absolutely no justification for charging around AED 1,900+ for content that is essentially written text without any instructional depth, structure, or added value.
Had it been clearly stated upfront that the course is text-only, I would never have purchased it. The pricing creates a reasonable expectation of video-based learning or at least recorded lectures. That expectation is not met at all.
What makes the situation even more concerning is the complete lack of response once this issue was raised. No discussion, no clarification, no solution offered. That behavior alone should make potential customers very cautious.
In my opinion, this setup is highly misleading, overpriced, and unprofessional. The absence of customer support after payment is a major red flag.
I cannot recommend this course to anyone.
Proceed with extreme caution.
The company expects agents to place deals without any questions, or documentation.
The when asked for clarification they threaten to charge 50% commission which is not advertised at all and against their advertising
