As the director of product development for Happy Valley LLC out of Gloucester, MA a local cannabis company Im constantly tasked with creating new products which for the most part need to be pour into molds with a state regulated THC symbol. From polycarbonate molds to silicone mold Bold Maker gets it right every time. The staff and the designers (Mary Merritt and Jason Matses) are top notch and always willing to go above and beyond with making my ideas come to life. Most recently I needed a new silicone mold design for a project and without molds in hand its often hard to figure out if the size and or shapes will work in current packaging. Well with this project the designers went out of their way to create a 3d live action simulation of the units filling the tin which gave me great insight into my project and things I may have to change in my packaging for this new project. This saved me time and money and allowed me to be 1 step ahead in my process. I would highly recommend Bold Maker for any of your custom mold needs.

First off, I would like to say that this company is great to work with no matter the size of your venture, personal candy making all the way up to full scale commercial operation. In my experience,customer service is outstanding and prompt. Anytime myself or otherwise has had to contact the company they have always answered on the first couple of rings or returned calls surprisingly fast. A company that I previously worked for had a very large order to fill which they achieved but fell short by some number or delay. They sent what they could, customer services reached out informed us of what was going on, shipped the remainder of our order and added several molds at no charge to rectify the delay. As for how the products perform; In a commercial setting they allowed for us to produce roughly 32,000 pieces in less then an 8 hour shift. The molds stand up to candy temperatures far exceeding 300° and do not change shape after being put through a high temp dish machine. Candy being unmolded is easier then any mold I have ever used without the need for pan spray! I'd like to say thank you to boldmaker for making my job easier with an outstanding and durable product that I will be purchasing for years to come!

As a long time confectioner, I have used my fair share of molds in the past and not one can compete with the products supplied by bold maker. Top quality, easily cleanable, extremely durable but at the same time flexible enough to make for easy removal. Finally, and the icing on the cake, is that the whole team is extremely helpful and always open for any and all feedback to further perfect there product and better assist their clientele.

Before my introduction to Boldmaker, I had tried all sorts of gummy molds. The majority that I found were so small that you would need a significant amount for any decent batch. The next issue was the quality. Time and time again my hard work would be ruined by a cracked mold that had barely lasted a few runs. Additionally, lack of flexibility in many brands I tried made pulling the gelatin from the molds a literal work out. It was getting to the point where I almost gave up on my candy making dreams altogether...and then I discovered Boldmaker. A fellow candy maker showed me several different molds he had purchased from the site ranging in quantity per sheet as well as cavity size. I was immediately won over but how easy it is to flood pour right onto the molds. The silicone feels extra thick so I’m never worried about cracking like the previous brands I purchased. The flexibility of the cavity size and quantity of molds per sheet make my overall job an absolute breeze. Also, the customer service has been exceptional. After over a year of constant use between my dozen or so molds, they truly feel as good as new. I can honestly say that in this case, you truly do get what you pay for.

Bold Maker silicone molds are as high of quality as you could ask for. We started with cheap molds in 2017. In 2019 we switched to BM and they released our gummies about twice as fast without oil which helped our throughput immensely.

Great molds great service and quick turn around times. Couldn't have asked for a better overall experience.

We have over a dozen of the silicone molds that have been in almost daily use for close to a year now. No significant degradation has been seen, just. We pour very hot product directly into them with no issues. Demolding is easy because the silicone is very flexible. In our original order, one of the molds had a substantial imperfection, and it was immediately replaced, no hassle. Mary took time to understand our product and needs from the beginning.

Great molds and customer service. Seem to be very durable, we used them quite a few times now. They fit in our depositor, making light work on pouring. These molds create gummies with clean lines on the gummie imprints
