I loved the frames I ordered, quick delivery. Had a small issue but my emails were responded to quickly and the matter resolved. Yvonne was brilliant and sorted out a solution free of charge. Excellent service and will definitely order again

I ordered frames from them with mounts 4 months ago now. When they arrived the mounts were cut badly and I wasn't happy. They said they'd send new mounts however they never arrived and the tracking info still says royal mail await the package from the sender. I contacted them again and they said they'd look into it. I now can't get any contact from them at all. I've been at this for months with no response or any replacement/refund. I feel like I have no choice now but to give a bad review.

I paid £160 in early December for two made-to-order frames. These were intended to be a Christmas Present. After receiving confirmation of my purchase, I waited a few days before attempting to make contact with Boldon Picture Framing to ask when I could collect them. They ignored all my calls, Facebook messages and emails. Then, several days before Christmas, their website simply notified customers that they were closed for Christmas until 2nd Jan.
I was so upset to not be able to give my wife her Christmas present. I understand people want a break over Christmas and that it gets busy, but they should at least communicate with customers.
I patiently waited until January, but I am STILL not able to get anybody there to pick up my calls or respond to my messages. They've had my money for over a month. Is it a scam?

Lovely frame, delivered on time. This was the only company I found that made multi-aperture frames in such a huge range of styles and colours.

Easy to use ordering. Had exactly what I needed, had previously searched everywhere for size and shape shadow box frame but this company. Delivered on time and very well packaged. Excellent price and great quality.

A little disappointed as I thought the mount would hold the record in place but the aperture is just a little small as is the album cover aperture. Packaging could have been better, it arrived in a huge damaged cardboard box with no packing, I was very lucky that the frame wasn't damaged. Having said all this the overall effect is good.

Frame recieved looked different to the picture advertised on Web page. Did not meet my expectations at all. Contacted Bolden, got an initial response saying they couldn't see the difference. Sent pictures of frame and explanation for 2nd time regarding l issue. Asked to return item. Absolutely no response! Very disappointed and been left with a frame I do not want and cannot use. It was bought to replace a broken frame from a pair. Would have used them to find correct replacement had their service been approachable and friendly. Now would never use again.
