Dissatisfied with the taste of Korean sweet chilli noodles , really need to improve the flavour. I will not be buying again

I discovered BOL foods recently and I can 100% say they are Delicious 😋 . So many choices to choose from and such a great feeling knowing I am eating healthily 😁

BOL foods have been amazing every time I’ve had them! The Smokey bean stew is one of my favourites and is so filling! Lovely. Cannot recommend enough.

Every time I have eaten a BOL pot, it’s been absolutely wonderful. I recommend them to anyone that wants something healthy, tasty and quick.

The food is great, they need to make more lunch and dinner meals and have them available to order weekly from their website not only from supermarkets.

Honestly the most delicious options when I’m in a rush. The power shakes are amazing, keep me full all day and fuelled for my gym sessions

I absolutely LOVE the Bol Pea & Spinach soup!
I am vegetarian and an athlete. I can struggle to hit my daily high protein, but this soup makes it soo much easier! I have a whole pot of Bol a day! Then I am also smashing my veg requirement too. I add some veggie sausages and lots of pepper and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. So good!
I am rinsing the tubs and giving them to friends (painter and decorator) and a local school to reuse.
Keep up the good work, Bol!

Excellent flavour and healthy I just add meat. I will be making these a common part of my diet.

I have only just started trying out BOL Foods, and I have to say that they are all extremley tasty, and at the same time super healthy.
I especially love the protein boosting pea soup, it's a great way to keep the protein in your diet without eating any meat.

I am trying to be a tad more mindful about what I eat, although neither a veggie or vegan.. and decided to try the Bol meals. I thought they were bound to be horrid even tho they look wonderful. I am more than surprised. Not only do they look great they taste fabulous! A real revelation for me. A whole meal of vegetables turns out to be pretty good haha. Well done Bol people. Really good job with the products.

The Butternut Thai Curry dinner box, I think its best ready meal I have eaten, full of flavour with a fragrant note and a perfect amount of spice.

I tried the Keralan coconut curry. Its was awful. Hard undercooked chickpeas. Raw onion and veg that didn't soften. Couldn't find any wild rice in the product as stated in description. Won't buy again!

Ingredients, perfectly flavoured and balanced nutritions. If I need fast , healthy and tasty meals I don’t hesitate to to pick one of BOL. Highly recommended.

Have to say purchased a chocolate and peanut shake a couple of weeks ago, really nice.

Decided to buy some soups and placed an on line order for delivery.

Pleasantly surprised to get an immediate reply with a DHL tracking reference and delivery for 7th December. This far impressed.

However…….! No delivery. Therefore chased via email, received a reply promising a reply quickly.

No reply no goods. 4 further emails sent to all email addresses on the website. Over a week later and no reply and no goods!

Sent a Facebook Messenger message. Day later received a reply stating that this would be looked into, however they did not have my order reference which I had yet to provide!

Eventually all very sorry and blamed DHL!

Really? More emails exchange with no explanation of why they couldn’t be bothered to reply to my numerous emails!

Eventually they put their hands up and said it was because they had staff off with COVID. This I fully understand, but how long does it take to send an email?

No offer of compensation, no refund of delivery charge.

Yes I still want the goods, but feel really cheated by the way I have been treated.

Would I recommend them…..not a chance
Would I buy from them again….not a chance

Would recommend they review their customer services and the way in which they treat complaints and most importantly their customers.

I have subsequently moved this from 1 star to 3.

They posthumously refunded my initial order.

A work colleague introduced me to this brand and have to say after my first bowl of Bol soup. I am massively impressed. Zero nasties in the ingredients and very tasty. Cannot wait to work my way through the range.

I have been a huge fan of BOL foods for some time now and regularly recommend the products to friends and family. As a dad to an amazing daughter, I am conscious about doing my bit for the future of the planet and for my own health!! BOL ticks the boxes as well as being absolutely amazing in taste!!! Definitely making it easy to enjoy plant based dishes! Love the company and the products!
