Bad experience with their technical support & software quality.

1) I bought a software license for DuplicateVideoSearch.com which worked well only during 2 weeks after my purchase. The software crashes everyday whatever the settings.
2)
The after sales support which does not seem to be professional:
- No incident ticket
- Slow response: Emails received with no acknowledgement, 4 emails sent since March 25 with no response at all.
- No SLA
- Troubleshooting process seems not clear: OS environment, no debug logs were not requested

Good customer service, I had a problem with payment and the CEO himself contacted me after a day to followup on it. Got my key for Altercam right after. Great piece of software, very useful :))

Altercam doe not work. Couldnt get it to work correctly due to driver issues. Asked for a refund and they are ignoring me.

I am SO happy that I purchased AllMyBooks by Bolide Software! I have over 900 books, with a further 1500 on my "to buy" list, and keeping up with them can be a bit overwhelming. Not any longer. I can tell at a glance what I have, if I have read it, and what I want. AND I can keep track of who has borrowed books and not returned them.

On the two or three occasions that I had to contact support (because I don't speak computer well, NOT an issue with the software), they were responsive, kind, and the instructions for solving my issues were clear and concise, even for a computer dummy like me!
