As per agreement delivery must be at our doorstep but he put it on downstairs, we asked him to take it upstairs but he didn’t. It was totally unfair and unfriendly behavior

No stars from us, if something is broken you have to mail them, and mail them and mail them! No telefoon number! And they dont come with any solution! If you mail them you have to wait and wait for answers. I started complaing about my product at 3 april, now its 1 may and we still have no answer!!! Dont buy from them because if you have a problem they dont solve it!!!!!!!

Desiccant bag broke inside of box, spilling desiccant beads everywhere upon opening. Very dangerous for my infant and cats. Couple of the boards were cut too short, and one too long.
