Fake and scams you intentionally.
They require you to make a 29kr subscription to gain access to the contact of a landlord for 24hr and then indirectly, you have made a 350kr monthly subscription unknowingly.
If you don't regularly check your debits, you might pay for the next year and when you write to them for refunds, they send you a screenshot of a hidden note that says you technically made a monthly subscription.

Hey Emina Salic that exact same thing happened to me as you just mention. I went into the internet to find a apartment and then i discovered an apartment that was apparently from DBA, but shown under boligsurf and then they asked me to pay 29 kr to see all the information about the apartment and when i did that then a few days later they took 299 kr from my bank account. when i discovered that i wrote them an email and told them that im not part of boligsurf and i only wanted to see an apartment and payed 29 kr for that, but they told me that they wouldnt refund me. a bunch of liars and cheaters, and earn their money by fooling people, i was never trying to be a customer for boligsurf, i only wanted to see 1 apartment that i found and then they without my knowing and permission took money from my account. dont ever use their website.

Avoid this service (if you can call it that) at all costs. First they charge you a small sum, and then in the fine print they write that they'll charge you 299 dkk monthly after two weeks. Of course, as the evil people that they are, they won't remind you of this so when you see -299 DKK in your bank account, naturally you get a shock.

I emailed them the same day as I saw this fee, and said the truth; that I had only used their service once (the very first day) and that I would like the remaining money back (27 days). And they answered "we can't do that". I get it, you "can't" because that's how you earn your money, by fooling consumers.

Avoid them. Use DBA and Facebook instead - a lot more realiable. Also, on DBA and Facebook, the apartments that fit your interest don't disappear the moment you click on the link. Boligsurf on the other hand, puts out these fake ads all the time. They look great when previewing them, but when clicking on them - whoops - it doesn't exist.

Boligsurf misrepresents the service they provide. Prior to paying a subscription fee you are given the impression that you will be able to contact property owners regarding the postings. However, after paying you learn that they just link to other sites like blocket / etc. As far as I can tell there are no original postings on Boligsurf.

Further, you have to be careful as this is an auto-renew service at $35 USD / month, which is a pretty steep fee for such a poor offering.

Customer support is also rude and unhelpful.

Would strongly recommend against using this service.
