I bought some boots from them before Xmas for a family members Xmas present arrived in time for Xmas after wearing the boots for about 5 times the soles had split in several places and couldn't be used for anything so I contacted customer service they were great so helpful told me that they were going to send me a replacement pair told me that they were waiting to be shipped I had no shipment details ignored my emails and no boots after 3mnths of emailing them now 40plus money down and no boots AVOID AT ALL COSTS 1 star should be ---100 if they sort it after reading my order reference is Boloone#1427

if a 0 was there thats what i would give these boot are cheap and the soles split and when trying to get my money back they said i had to return them to china which would coat more than what i paid do not buy from this company !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Avoid buying from this company. The boots look lovely but don't be tempted. I ordered a size 7 but was sent a size 6. On the parcel was a return address in England. I emailed the company explaining the problem and requested a refund.

Like an idiot I sent the boots to the England address. I hadn't heard from the company regarding my refund and emailed to explain I still hadn't received my refund. I was emailed back asking what address I had sent the boots to. I answered back Baloone Return Warehouse and was told they had to be sent to China. I explained they are misleading customers putting a return address in England. If the boots are not sent to China you do not receive a refund.

After several emails I have been offered a 30% discount, which I think is disgusting. There is NO FULL REFUND,

This has been going on for a while,
as this company drags out the time before replying to my emails.
This company sent me the wrong size boots. I asked if I could have an exchange, but the company sent me an email to say that I could have a 10% discount. I repeated again about requesting a refund and they offered me 15%. Then, after another email, they offered 25% authorisation from this person's supervisor. I went on to quote Internet shopping law and now the offer is a maximum 30%, which, I was told, is their company policy.
I ordered a size 36 boots from This company and they sent a 37. I am entitled to at least a refund! There is a UK address on the packaging, but the boots are from China, hence the long delivery date, and are sub par manufacturing.
These people should be held to account over such poor quality aftersales .... and made to adhere to these laws!
AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought a pair of boots. Received after 2 weeks. Sizing all wrong. Boots too small. Ordered the bigger size. Number on the sole was the one i ordered but the boot was exactly the same size as the previously received pair. On making the company aware, they offered £2 refund and said return costs would be very expensive and i should just go away with the £2.

Customer Services non existent, and when you make contact with them they just lie to you.

Please do not buy from this company. Bought a pair of boots in a bigger size just in case and when they arrived they were still too small. I ordered a 7. I am usually a 6.They were much too small. They were not cowhide leather as advertised.and they smelt so strong of fish I couldn’t even give them away as a gift. Tried to arrange a return but they told me I should have looked at the size chart( which I did) . I have been emailing them since November last year. They offered me 10% of the price in compensation. Then 20% and then 30%. I agreed at 30% .which only covers the shipping I paid but better than nothing . They are reluctant to give me an address to return but eventually gave me an address in China. ( not sure if it was genuine) and I knew if I returned them I wouldn’t see my money and would have to pay shipping to China. Although I agreed to the 30% compensation . They still haven’t paid it. Every time I email them they respond the next day with one excuse after another.”The accountant is on maternity leave”

3 times now they have told me it will be with me in 1-3 days. That was a month ago.
Do not use this company. Cheap shoddy goods and no returns policy.

Wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered a size 7 boot. They were too small (I’m a 6) so gave them to my daughter. Reordered the next size up as I really liked them. They sent exactly the same size. The delivery took ages too and both times were left out in the rain with no delivery slip. So annoyed with the waste of time and money. Reading the reviews I can’t see me getting my money back plus the £5 delivery charge. Useless.

Hi I had some boots from you in December last year .only worn 3 or 4 times..my right boot slates to the side wen I walk and now has split

If I could of given a zero star I would of. I brought a pair of boots from them, not cowhide leather as stated. Very comfortable but I then noticed after several weeks the sole on one foot seemed to be leaning to one side. I checked and noticed a hole on the side of the sole.
I contacted them via email after reading their refund policy. Was offered first 10% refund and could keep boots or send them back etc. That was 5 days ago and now offering me 40% back which I have said no too. They shouldn't be able to get away with this.

Do not use this company. I ordered a seven which is my size and too small. No refund and customer service offered me 25% refund. Still fighting this. Really dodgy. Stay clear. Boots are ok fmgenerally but cheap but I expected that for 24 quid

the sizing for the boots is completely wrong. I orderd a size 6 for the wife and they came withing a few days. When they were tried on they were very tight and even my daughter who is a size smaller struggled to get them on comfortably. When I tried to contact Boloone it was email contact only and they refused several times to accept them returned and offered a % refund which increased daily until I accepted 30%. I asked several times to swap them for a size 2 sizes larger as that was the difference and got no where

I recently purchased size 6 boots (uk 6, which I checked on the size guide) which were ridiculously small. I am now on email 6 or 7 to the company to asked for an exchange/refund as they are no use to me and they are being really unhelpful. They firstly offered me 5% discount and keep the boots on my first email, I am now on email 6 and they have offered me 30% off and keep the boots. I am getting no-where they are an awful company to deal with, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Their sizes are not true to size although the quality of the boots is not great but they were not expensive but if you buy be prepared to keep your product and don’t expect a refund as it is like getting blood out of a stone!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK

Do not use this company because You cannot return goods and if you insist and return you have to pay tax of £20 approx, recorded delivery to return to China. When I did this they denied receiving the goods and did not respond back to me. I lost even more money.

Their goods quality are poor.

Sadly I got caught twice. The only top quality thing they do is advertise well.

Mistakenly I ordered again this Christmas. Tried to return the goods in the end Had to accept half the cost to resolve the issue. They told me to keep the shoes but I don’t want them and none of my friends like the poor quality
I gave them to a second hand shop.

I wish they can be banned to advertise in England especially as their reputation does not change.

This company deserves 0 stars! The boots are not as advertised. The company is using false advertising. They are using Clarks name and logo, even in the same font! How can they get away with this? They are not as described in the advertising. Definitely not orthopaedic and arch supported shoes. They are cheap stinky plastic nasty boots!! I’m going to trading standards on this matter especially now I have read other people opinions. This company can’t get away with this!! Disgusting!!

Complaints must be made for this company. I bought boots from them and within a month they were cut in the sole.
And I will do a complaints.They said that they are also orthopedic and they are not.... this is a joke. If I could give them 0 in the review, I would do it with my eyes closed!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would do so. Boots are too small, cheap made, smells of plastic and very small sizes, even though I sized up, I'm a 6 I ordered a 7. If I want to send them back I have to pay the shipping cost which is gonna be very expensive because I need to send them back to China. I didn't know they were coming from China, I wish I knew I wouldn't have never ordered them. Don't buy anything from this company!! Save Yr money

I ordered boots they were perfect for what I needed. The sizing is definitely us and not uk. Go up 1 or maybe 2 sizes if you are a half size. I'm a 7 and ordered a 8 and they are snug. They are wide fit. I would order a bigger size if it was a option for me. Delivery was 2 weeks
