The Level 1 - Advanced Course (3 separate days - Spirits, Mixology, and Techniques) is exactly what I needed to push my skills and knowledge forward. It exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased that I was able to do this. My skills and confidence have come on heaps.
The trainer, Balthazar, is excellent - Yes he's highly skilled, very experienced, enthusiastic, etc - you'd hope and expect that but he's also an excellent teacher.
The course is thorough, and he was able to help everyone in the group learn and assimilate the knowledge into practice. Great mix of participants too.
I could go on and on - In summary - Excellent, highly recommend!

Kudos to the enite Bols crew! Balthazar and Kimley were the highlight of this class, both of them with a lot of specific knowledge, skilled, funny, with clear explanations, nice and kind in general. I learned A LOT about the basics of cocktail making, mixology, history of beverages etc. Also the practical part of the class was so much fun! Would recommend this course to anyone who wants to get to know more about bartending, it's suitable for both, complete beginners and professionals as well.

I am very happy with the online shopping experiences, customer services and the care being put into the packaging. My only disappointment is that for some reason PostNL did not deliver the box to my door and I ended up having to go to the designated pick-up location to get my box. I was in fact at home on the day of the delivery, so unsure what happened.

They literally ghosted me
They literally ghosted me. My guests couldn't come to the NL because of a last minute urgency and I requested a refund for cocktail workshop tickets for 4 people. I contacted them days ago. Asked if I could get a refund, if not possible make these as an open ticket since I don't know when my guests could come. No answer rather than the first one "you can change the date". I purchased 140 eur worth of tickets and for nothing! This is such a shame for you.

Fun experience topped with a delicious cocktail
What a fun experience for the senses ! And for 22 € , at the end of the tour you get you enjoy a great home made cocktail at the bar included in the price ! Great deal . In the gift shop , try the 3€ canisters for sale ! The 6oz old fashioned is fantastic!
