My money is missing from that site.

My money is missing from that site.
The site used to work in my country and now it's not working.
I contacted them via email to get my money back. They reply every now and then, and then I don't get a response and haven't found a solution.
They explain that, with God's permission, the site is now only working in Brazil.
I explained, "Okay, that's okay, but I want my money in the account."
They explained that all the money was sent to the same payment method I had previously deposited.
I went to the cryptocurrency platform to search for the money and didn't find anything. Neither there nor a transfer. I explained that I want the transaction details. This is my right. I haven't received a response.
My money is missing from the site and I haven't received it yet.
