I cannot praise the staff enough. They are more than helpful and very professional. They fitted some LED headlights to my defender and I had to return it with some problems (which were nothing to do with them ) and they fixed the problems with no issues at all. Really great and pleasant service.

Saved the day
Recently ordered some Hella rear lights for my motorhome. Rand and they checked the parts were in stock, put them to one side. Could have been sent out but I was in the area so collected. All original parts in boxes - just what I needed. Excellent supplier. Would highly recommend

Placed a order for some rex rear lights for my land Rover discovery it's been 2 weeks and nothing the tracking does not update I've emailed only 1 response I fill like I got robbed I've ordered stuff from china b4 I ordered from boltonbits received it an still nothing from boltonbits not even tracking

Hi Jay, I understand your frustrations on shipping delays, but you have tracking which shows that it's with UK customs/export. Delays in the current international shipping is beyond our control. You ordered the items on the 31st January and we shipped them on 2nd February, so shipped from us in a timely manner. The only correspondence so far from you on the matter was a to mailbox that clearly states that it will get no response. Confirmation emails clearly state to email sales@boltonbits.co.uk with any queries. Where we could of then looked into this for you

Ordering online was easy, Prices are well competitive, paying was easy. Email communication updates were very good, shipping and delivery times were very good, items were very well packaged. I purchased Defender LED rear lights, and they are brilliant, exceeded my expectations, will buy from Bolt-On-Bits again anytime.
