Absolutely avoid
I reported a damaged Mounjaro order a week ago. Following a review, a clinician from Bolt Pharmacy advised that the pen should not be used and recommended that the matter be resolved through a replacement or refund.
Despite providing all requested information, exchanging numerous emails and making multiple phone calls, I still have no resolution. I have paid £149 for medication that I have been advised not to use, yet I have not received a replacement, a refund, or any clear timescale for resolution.
I have also been repeatedly promised contact from customer services that has never materialised. I was told I would receive an email yesterday and a phone call today. Neither happened.
The most disappointing part has not been the damaged delivery itself but the lack of communication, urgency and ownership when dealing with a temperature-sensitive prescription medication. One week later, I am still waiting for a resolution.

Trusted and reliable caring company
I was very hesitant at first starting my weight loss journey, especially as it would be prescribed all online and not in person. However Bolt pharmacy have been nothing but comforting, supportive, great at communicating with me and most off all reliable. I have had quick responses from trusted professionals at BOLT Pharmacy that have made me feel at ease and helped me with my queries. My weight loss treatment has always been dispensed with care and on time and I feel my health comes first before they make that decision. It’s like having your own doctor check in on you through email. Everyone no matter the role at Bolt Pharmacy takes pride in their role and put their customers first. I would highly recommend Bolt Pharmacy to others you will receive an outstanding service.

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. My Mounjaro got shipped on Friday and didn’t arrive til Tuesday, in a heatwave it was on the dpd van for 5 days and they won’t send a replacement and told me it’s ok to use so why send them in chilled packages if it doesn’t need to be kept cold. I’ve had different answers every time and feel very let down.

I can not say enough good things about…
I can not say enough good things about Bolt. I was looking to go on weught loss medication, but was not sure which one would suit me best. They have a range of different ones and I was then able to make an informed decision. The entire process was vwry straight forward and I got a decision in just over a day. I was please to recieve information from them regarding another medication I take from them advising me of what I need to do to take the weight loss medicatiin safely. Their team were very helpful throughout and the app they provide is very handy. The medication was delievered promptly and packaged very well.
