Horrible provider
Horrible provider! They make changes
to their system without notifying customers. These changes force us to log out of our account and then we can’t log back in without needing new login information. Why can’t they notify us that these changes are happening? It would be so much easier if we knew what was going on without wondering why we can’t watch TV.
On top of this, their streaming is terrible. Their account information is inaccurate and when we ask them specific technical questions, they answer with roundabout answers that don’t make any sense or don’t really answer the question at all.
I would strongly advise you look for a different provider.
