Horrible provider! They make changes
to their system without notifying customers. These changes force us to log out of our account and then we can’t log back in without needing new login information. Why can’t they notify us that these changes are happening? It would be so much easier if we knew what was going on without wondering why we can’t watch TV.

On top of this, their streaming is terrible. Their account information is inaccurate and when we ask them specific technical questions, they answer with roundabout answers that don’t make any sense or don’t really answer the question at all.

I would strongly advise you look for a different provider.

I have had a similar experience with Bomba TV. I tried renewing my subscription 7 days prior to it expiring on February 23rd, 2024 and was met with the same messaging. In that their PayPal portal was down. I tried everyday leading up to subscription expiration and then it expired. Since I have been trying every other day. Have sent numerous emails and have not had a single response to date. One would think if there is an issue with their system the provider would extend to those expiring while they rectify the issue.

Update: Bomba has since reached out to extend my subscription for 30 days apologizing for this oversight. They mentioned their payment system is still down. I adjusted this review accordingly and will post back when this issue is resolved.

When I tried to renew my service, which Was 5 days before it expired, I got a message saying that their PayPal option was not working...try again in up to three days. I tried numerous ties in the three day window, and got the same response. The my tv went t full screen message saying my subscription was about run out. I have sent messages to them to have them cancel my subscription and clear my fire stick, and have no response to any of my emails. I wouldn't deal with them again.

Lots of providers to choose from, I picked Bomba randomly. Tried for 1 month, that was all I needed to subscribe. By far, TiviMate app works best, and it's seriously worth the small fee to upgrade to TiviMate Pro. I use Bomba with a dedicated VPN router. Every once in a LONG while I experience buffering while watching live sports, but all I have to do to put a stop to that is change VPN servers. Problem solved. Smarters IPTV app works ok, but TiviMate is far superior in my experience. I will stick with Bomba. HD picture quality, great vivid color.

Lots of channels for live tv and the anti buffering tech works great. My only complaint is the VOD movies. There are way too many crap movies and no way to filter them out. Series have many that I enjoy.

Oh, and after watching live tv, I remember why we don’t have cable. Will be trying another provider when the month is up.

I switched to BombaTV because of the constant buffering at another IPTV provider. Since I've been with Bomba, there's been 1 buffering thing in 24 hours. Not sure if it was something with them or the Internet in general.
A great service so far. I'm glad I switched.
