One of the most heartbreaking…

One of the most heartbreaking experiences I’ve seen someone go through.

My elderly mother paid Bombshell K9 Training & Boarding $6,000 to have her two small dogs trained for persistent barking, housebreaking issues, and behavioral problems. She was assured by the trainer that they had never had a dog they couldn’t train. Based on that promise, she entrusted her dogs to their care for six weeks, pre-paying the full amount in good faith.

The trainer later claimed the dogs had done “very well,” were housebroken, didn’t bark, and had made significant progress. But the moment the dogs came home, it was obvious that none of this was true. They were exactly the same—still barking excessively, not housebroken, and showing no signs of improvement.

Despite repeated polite efforts from my mom to understand what had happened, the trainer kept insisting that my mom wasn’t using the training tools correctly—particularly the clicker device they gave her. My mom tried to follow the instructions, bought extra equipment the trainer recommended (like a crate), and still saw no change. Eventually, the trainer stopped responding altogether.

What makes this even worse is that my mother was genuinely afraid of the trainer. She described her demeanor as aggressive and intimidating, and given her age and living situation, she felt powerless to speak up. It broke my heart to see my mom manipulated like this.

After getting no resolution, I advised her to contact her bank and report the situation. The bank refunded her the $6,000. The next day, the trainer called—furious—and threatened small claims court. My mother, frightened of retaliation, told the bank to reverse the refund and return the money to the trainer just to avoid conflict.

This is not how a reputable or ethical business behaves—especially one that claims to be focused on helping families and animals. Who takes advantage of an elderly woman, gives her nothing in return, and then uses fear and intimidation to keep the money?

I’m sharing this not out of spite, but out of a genuine sense of responsibility. If you’re considering using Bombshell K9, please think twice. Do your research. Read the other reviews where similar stories have been shared. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially not someone who just wanted help for her dogs.

To note:
We have documented security footage and written correspondence with Bombshell K9 that directly contradict the claims being made by the company. This material constitutes admissible evidence and will be presented in court if legal action becomes necessary.

Also, it is NO coincidence there are so many negative reviews, like mine, on this company’s Google reviews.

First and foremost, no Pomeranians were ever in my care for six weeks, as claimed. I am more than willing to speak directly with you or your family to clarify any concerns, as I genuinely have no idea what this accusation is referencing.

I want to be very clear that I have never exhibited aggressive behavior toward any client, especially not toward elderly individuals. Such claims are entirely false and go against both my personal values and professional conduct. I also have no knowledge of a Brandon Boswell and have never interacted with anyone by that name.

Your message appears to be an attempt to damage my reputation, which is disappointing and, frankly, speaks more to your character than mine. I maintain signed contracts and clear documentation with all of my clients, outlining the scope of training, expectations, and responsibilities.

I take my commitments seriously and always honor the terms of my contracts. Please be advised that any attempt to dispute or charge back payments for services that have already been rendered will result in legal action, including filing a claim in small claims court if necessary. I have not had any transactions refunded in the amount of $6000 or fixed.

Additionally, I keep thorough communication records, including text messages, and have videos and photos (with client permission) documenting progress. I am always open to speaking with past clients to provide ongoing support even after training ends. My services also include three private lessons in addition to board-and-train programs, plus six months of virtual follow-up.

I have supporting documents and videos, as well as text messages from the actual person business was conducted with stating she did not want the follow up Sessions. Phone records showing any calls were returned. And following up with text messages making sure nothing was missed as well. I had also made special trips to the clients home free of charge as well to make things work easier on her through the training process.
