Is there anyone in this company that knows what they are doing. I have been chasing a refund since 31st May. I have spoken to agents on chat and email and just seem to be fobbed off all the time. I have the card from the courier with the bar code and have given that. Now he is very reliable so I know the problem isn't with him.
The latest email I have received states that Bon Prix have tried to call me several times, well that's not true as my phone is always with me and I have had no missed calls. The email asked me to 'reach out' to them, I think I have done enough of that since 31st May, and quite honestly I am resigned to losing my money and really fed up.
