I ordered and paid for some samples packets of cat food on 08/01/24 as I was looking to trial new foods with a view to changing my cats current brand, but have heard absolutely nothing since. I raised a query ticket with the company on 27th Jan but still not heard back. No phone number to ring so customer service is none existent. Suspect it’s a foreign company with a uk branch that doesn’t work and I will now be reporting to trading standards and even possibly action fraud as now 16th of Feb and I have messaged again but getting nowhere. AVOID! Just glad I didn’t jump and pay a fortune for big bags if this service is non existent.
