Trademark Deadline Missed and No Response After Payment

I hired Bonamark to handle the Statement of Use filing for my U.S. trademark application.

The deadline has already passed and no filing appears in the USPTO system. This service was already paid for and filing within the deadline was part of the work I hired them to do.

The person handling my case at Bonamark was Ed Fedorovich. After several emails requesting clarification about the status of my application, I have received no response.

The complete lack of communication regarding such a critical deadline is extremely concerning.

I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a solution.
