DENIED my winnings for no legitimate reason!
Was awarded free play directly from a support agent in return for uploading my ID and verifying my identity. This free play came with an astronomically high playthrough requirement which took me hours to fulfill, though to even my own surprise, I successfully did complete. After making the playthrough requirement I decided to cashout for a total of $400. I waited and waited, reached out to support numerous times to no avail. After days of waiting, I get an email from Bonanzino that they would not be honoring my payout request due to the fact that I wasn't eligible for the free play that i had received FROM THEIR OWN CHAT SUPPORT AGENT. I got the free play in exchange for verifying myself. This is a bogus, made-up condition that quite frankly makes no sense whatsoever. There was no reasoning with these people because their whole side of the story was nonsensical. I wasted my time and energy in return for a bold faced empty promise for gaining gaming winnings. This needs to be reported to everyone and the site needs shut down. I have documents, screenshots and chat threads available upon request.
