We bought a dining room table and four chairs from Bonchoice. After only six months of use one of the chairs collapsed bruising my shoulder. We reported the problem to Bonchoice who immediately pointed out that there warranty was for three months only. This short warranty period was not advertised, unsurprisingly.
They did offer a refund on one chair. Not a replacement as this was not available. When pointed out that a non matching chair would not suit, they again pointed out that their warranty was only for three months.
This was repeated in a number of further e mails with the advice that I should consider a refund for one chair carefully!
Tired of the oft repeated message about warranty and a one chair refund, we have given up chasing this appalling company. " Bonchoice" is not a good choice!.
