Terrible - same story as all the other posts here, order did not arrive in time for Valentines Day, is poor quality and did not come in a gift box that I paid extra for. All follow up email requests for a refund were ignored by the seller. Avoid at all costs - this is a scam.

Basically the exact same story as what everyone has written here. Ordered Feb 3, promised delivery by Feb 14. No response when I emailed them after Valentine's day. Opened a claim with Chase Bank. Funny, once they opened an investigation the item shipped and I received March 12. Chase is garbage too. Since I did receive the item, they did not stand behind me in recovering my money. Of course there is no way to cancel the order even though it didn't ship and of course no refunds. Absolute scam. Not even mentioning the awful quality of the bracelets themselves.

I saw an ad on Instagram for this company "last day to order for arrival by Valentines Day" so placed an order for the magnetic bracelets, a gift box, and love letter. I never got a follow up email with tracking info so emailed them; no response. I was certain I had been completely scammed. I was only partially scammed - the bracelets arrived from China over a month after placing the order. They did not come with a gift box or the love letter, both of which I paid extra for. The initials on the bracelets are so faint you can't read them. Huge disappointment!! Buyers beware!

Avoid. Same experience as other people recently, I ordered a bracelet under the guarantee it would arrive by Valentine's Day. It arrived 6 weeks later and the poor engraving didn't match what is shown on their website. You can't even see the engraving once it's on your wrist actually. Their reply was: "due to the custom nature of the product, we don't accept returns and refunds".

My partner ordered the Bonded Hearts bracelet as a gift for Valentines day. Despite being told they would arrive in time for V-Day, they arrived only 5 days ago. This was after multiple chases to the company with no response whatsoever. I have only given this 2 stars off the basis that hey actually arrived (finally), but the quality was not as described or as advertised. I would not recommend ordering from this company as there are companies out there that deliver much better quality for the same price and actually deliver on time. If the company actually responded to emails then the review *might* have been better.

Ordered on the 3rd Feb, it was advertised that delivery would be by valentines but order arrived 6 weeks later! No return policy even though the product is such poor quality. You can’t even see the engravings and the whole thing looks cheap and tacky. Such a waste of money! What a scam!

Cheap cord with cheap heart ..which had no engraving..which I ordered-
Could get this at a dollar store for a few dollars..stay away

horrible product just a cheap piece of string and you cant even see the engraving letter. wont give me a refund even though says satisfaction guaranteed.

No response BondedHearts.co support after multiple attempts. Package never even arrived. I got scammed.

Those negatively impacted by this "company" can fill out a complaint with their website host Shopify using the "Report an Issue with a Merchant'" form.

What a disappointment! First of all, I paid for express delivery. Ordered on Feb 7th and it arrived today, March 12th. Second, it looks nothing like the picture on the website or the add. It’s a thick rope. And third, most important, you can’t see the initials. It’s barely visible. Don’t waste your money. It’s a total scam of a company. Wish I could add pictures

Do not order unless you have a month to wait for it to arrive. I ordered on the 5th Feb for Valentines Day, it arrived 3 weeks after Valentines Day. I cancelled the order 12 days after my order but had no response. I emailed the company twice and had no response. When I requested a refund they told me I could not return it as it was a personalized item (hardly!)

Absolutely shocking. Took ages to come, didn’t respond to emails and it literally looks like a shoelace with a cheap metal heart and a printed initial, not even engraved. Looks so cheap and a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY

Pretty much the same experience as everybody else! Told guaranteed delivery by valentines day, arrived today 7th March! Also looks nothing like the picture, no initials engraved just tiny stickers that you can barely see! Totally scam company so please save your money

They are a scam and have conned me out of my money! Refusing to issue refund. Rude staff. Will be taking them to court! Do NOT use them!

Same as everyone else. Ordered well before Valentine’s Day…still haven’t received them. Do not fall for them like I did!

I’d give 0* if possible. It’s a scam! Avoid at all costs!
