Chemical Burns + Atrocious Customer Service
Their moisturiser gave my face chemical burns, which took weeks to fully heal. When I emailed them a photo, just as feedback, with no expectations, they offered me a replacement product. I accepted. They then asked for more evidence of purchase. I dug this out of the bin, and sent it through. Several days after contact, I was told the photos of the burns weren't good enough and they needed more high quality photos of chemical burns on my face!? I wasn't about to slather my face with chemical burns again, just to risk a replacement product!? I hope they enjoyed saving a few dollars in exchange for terrible word of mouth. Absolutely abhorrent product and customer service experience.
