Sød lille osteforretning i Gentofte, men…

Sød lille osteforretning i Gentofte som på det seneste har reklameret for sig selv på sociale medier. Der er et ok udvalg til ok priser, men jeg blev udsat for betjening af en nyansat, som tydeligt intet anede om ost eller hvordan man sørger for at kunden får den var hun kommer efter. Ingen adgang til ved en smagsprøve at afgøre om det var den rette ost, ej heller mulighed for at bestemme størrelsen på ostestykket. Ingen hjælp til at vælge, og det mens indehaveren stod lige ved siden af og kun greb ind på da den nye brugte et forkert værktøj til at skære ost med. Der kommer jeg ikke igen, med det manglende fokus på kunden.
