I ordered six vinyl records from Bong Records via Discogs. It turned out that three of them were out of stock or could not be found in the warehouse. Quick contact, reliable information about the order, and a proposal to cancel or change the order, followed by an immediate refund to my account, which I consider to be a very professional approach to customer service. The shipment itself was also as described. The records I received were in great condition, as described on the website.
