Thees are not even worth ratting one star sound quality is terrible not even loud.

Paid full price and waited months to receive them. Went back and forth with customer service with multiple emails, them promising they'd look into it and even asking me for my address again, but another month and a half later I still don't have the product I paid for. I've asked for a refund since the day I realized I wasn't going to get them and they have not complied. So they've taken my money and ran, I recommend you stay as far as possible from this cheap tech SCAM. Thanks, Bonibuds.

The product works, but only under ideal conditions. If you want to hear anything with these outside of an enclosed room with no background noise at all, go for it. You will hear nothing in an outdoor urban environment. Customer service was of no help at all.

Took over a month to arrive. Only 1 of them worked. The company wanted a video of this? not sure how I was going to show them how only one of them worked, but I sent them a video and then they stopped responding. Took my money an ran!

Bought a set of these earbuds they last all of 20mins and battery fails. Contact page falls on deaf ears so does email. Don’t waste your hard earned cash.

Never received mine in which was ordered on July 22nd 2023. Emailed them couple times without any response. Don’t waste your time and money.

Took about a month to receive. Status said delivered days before I actually received. Sound is poor quality. I tried to return but you only have 3 days from the date they say delivered and I still didn't have them. I've sent several emails trying to reach them and still haven't heard back from them. Plus they have restocking fee, you pay shipping, of course, but by the time you do all that you really don't get a refund. This product is horrible and so is the customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE!!!

So seeing another of these reviews just slating and not actually reviewing the 3 star review offers the most info about the product.
Took around 2 months to arrive. Not the best quality of materials and very poor instructions with translations. Definitely not bone conduction but work with air conduction with a distance from the ear canal so you can hear around you. I have had an issue where one of them doesn't connect great in the charging case and keeps connecting to my phone while in the case and silencing my notifications whe I'm not using them.
I do like how they sit on the ear as I have yet to find a comfortable in ear one that stays in but the bonibuds stay I place no matter the exercise. They are poor quality but not horrible to use and as long as to don't mind missing out on the base while you use them they're OK. I'm not surprised about the poor customer service as is my experience with similar companies in the past.
Overall the moral of the story is don't believe any adverts you see online.

I ordered a month ago, still haven't received my order nor have I gotten any updates. It says shipped, but no further details.... can't call customer service, the number listed is a scam number... they never return emails either!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. These are complete rubbish! When they arrived only one bud worked and I could barely hear anything in that. I have contacted customer services five times with no response then, I got replies from “Angel” stating that it had been passed to their “Fulfilment Team” but I’ve contacted her five times now and still no further forward... It’s a scam, do NOT buy these under any circumstances! I wish I could have found the page on Trustpilot first…

I got mine as a surprise for me, yes me, I knew they would take time to get delivered and as expected I'd forgotten that I'd ordered them.
I was a bit dubious, as I saw the ad on fb and that's not always good news but, I thought I'd give it a try, anyway I got 2pairs because why not?
Yes, they came unbranded which I don't care about.
Are they bone conducting, not to my knowledge.
Are they crap, I've had worse.
Are they as advertised, not really no.
Are they loud, not really, you just have to fiddle around moving them on your ears to get the right sound.
Do they deserve all the 1stars, No! At the end of the day you have a pair of working earbuds, albeit odd looking and a bit odd feeling but still earbuds that don't hurt your ears when you lie your head down on your ear.
Am I disappointed, a little maybe but not enough to diss the company as a scam.
If you want a scam try buying a laser etching machine for £50 and receiving a pair of furry blue ear muffs, now that's a scam.
The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because I would have liked bone conduction ear buds but as far as I'm aware these are not.

No customer service at all. Several emails no reply. No tracking number. No product delivered. SCAM

I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks & have sent messages requesting some time frame for delivery. I am really mad at myself for not researching a little more or checking reviews. I have a hard time with anything in my ear & these look like they might be good for me, if they ever get here.

Very poor and pretty much a scam site I believe. The one time I did not check reviews before buying and I got scammed. Took my money and did not deliver my product even though they say it has been delivered. After 2 emails not even a reply. Facebook need to do more to help its clients with the ads they allow as so much scamming going on. Stay away buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!

Man, I wish I had read the reviews. Customer service is a joke, been two and a half weeks for me, still no earbuds and no response for emails. I am now scared I will be very disappointed in the product

Arrived after a month, no tracking available and very cheapely packaged. Earbuds aren't bone conducting at all. Commands never worked accordingly and volume is so low even to the maximum setting. Awful product.

They don't conduct at all, and their max volume is probably 50% of any other earphone I've used, yes they don't fall out but they're pointless if you can barely hear them
They also took about a month to arrive, and unbranded
Basically some tat someone has decided to market as fancy.. Stay away

Absolute garbage!! I don't care that they came in unbranded. They are super quiet, super small, uncomfortable as hell, not bone conduction, not as advertised. Not only am I out $30 for the product but I now have to buy other ear buds so I'll be out that cost as well!!! Customer service is a joke!
