I have stayed at Bonito on two occasions since its reopening in 2025. While there have been some initial challenges, I sincerely appreciate the assistance provided by Sofia, the Guest Experience Manager. She has been dedicated to addressing my concerns and working towards a satisfactory resolution. Her professionalism and commitment are truly commendable, and she represents a valuable asset to the establishment. This is the level of service one would expect from a five-star hotel. Keep up the excellent efforts, and I look forward to the possibility of meeting you in person soon.

Extremely disappointing stay so far 2 nights in of 4. We booked a pool suite at around €400 per night and expected a genuine 5-star wellness experience, but the reality was very different.
The check-in experience was poor, WIFI is awful and the chap wrote half a password down, staff were unhelpful and often came across as rude. Throughout our stay, service was consistently slow, no one comes to your table with menus have to keep going up to ask to order or ask for a menu.

The hotel seems to somehow attract a very loud chavvy crowd and there appeared to be little management or control of guest behaviour, a group of turkish men were shouting and slapping what looked like a escort, pouring champagne over her and exposing her breasts with children just a few meters away all whilst loudly shouting at each other and egging each other on - there was ZERO management and the feel of the place is a low level chavvy hotel of misfits using their overdrafts - awful atmosphere if we could leave for a refund of the remaining days we would... immediately.. We witnessed repeated disruptive behaviour around the hotel and dining areas and hotel staff seemed to not care, must be their 'thing' and who they wish to attract.

The suite itself was acceptable, but basic amenities such as an iron or clothes steamer were unavailable and ground floor suites have a damp smell to them google is riddles with these 1 star reviews, and staff were unable to provide a solution for a basic steamer or iron despite the premium room rate. a 5 star hotel with no iron or steamer - I mean come on.....

Food quality was poor and service in the restaurants was disorganised. On several occasions it was difficult to get served at all.

Overall, this felt more like a noisy low caliber party hotel than a luxury 5-star wellness resort. We have three nights remaining and, if a refund were available, we would pack and leave early go somewhere nice and well managed. The hotel is simply not worth the price being charged to stay at a youth hostel esc feel, quick throw up concrete blocks and seriously disorganised management. Just look at googe 1* reviews its all there.
