Been playing religiously for the last year not won anything ..Absolute joke a user called Ollie won a chocolate rose gold Daytona on the 5th of December then won ten grand in his bank account this week what’s the point in playing..same people winning every week look at the draw results and see the names they’ll probably reply to this with a generic reply about everyone has a fair chance end of the day something needs to be done about it players aren’t playing for the thrill of it they are making it a business to earn money absolute shit show of a company letting this happen I’d avoid it if I was you clear the company’s owners have got greedy .. leave it !

Participating in the live draws every Tuesday and Friday is something I eagerly look forward to. To manage my expenses wisely, I've set a spending cap to ensure I don't go over what I can comfortably afford. Kudos to Harry and team for consistently bringing laughter to my otherwise gloomy days. Remember, you need to join in to have a chance at winning!

Potential scam

Potential scam – be cautious.
I was informed that I’d won a raffle 24 hours after the main prize had already been drawn.
The next day, I received an email stating I’d won tickets for the main prize, even though the draw had already happened.

There’s no way to check whether my tickets were included in the draw at the time.

I have to say this!

I have to say this!! I have been playing Bonkers’s comps and other comps for a few years now!! And I have won my fair share of prizes!! (No car as of yet tho 😢) and this is the first time what I’m about to say has happened!! So Bonkers sent me an email and explained that as it’s coming up to Xmas they wanted to say a thanks for playing and gave me a free gift!! So I was thinking a printed card with free site credit!! How wrong was I!! They delivered me a big box with loads of chocolates, biscuits, car air freshener, Bonkers’s mug, a lot of goodies to be fair!! Oh and a big firework box!! The Xmas card was hand written and signed by the team!! So I’m thinking they have sent a lot of these boxes/hampers out and personally signing them is very very time consuming!! It was a lovely personal touch!! It was a lovely gesture and a really thoughtful thing to do!! You can imagine the cost to send these out to a lot of customers!! And I’m by no means a big spender on their site!! So it was a really lovely gesture and genuine!! Well done to them

Hi Steven, thank you so much for this review! We really wanted to do something special to show our appreciation this Christmas, so I am delighted you enjoyed the hamper (and the fireworks!). Yes, the handwritten cards took the team a little while, but it was worth it to say a proper thank you. Fingers crossed that car win is around the corner for you. James

Hi Daniel,

You are right that frequent players often pop up on the winner lists, but that is simply down to probability.

Naturally, players who buy a higher volume of tickets have a statistically higher chance of winning. That is just how the maths works.

However, having more tickets guarantees nothing. You don't see the thousands of times those frequent players enter and lose.

We have plenty of customers who win huge prizes with just a single ticket. It really does only take one to win.

Had a great win on Bonkers Competitions last night, it was the Rolex Wimbledon bi-metal. Missed their call as offshore, spoke to Harry first thing this morning and he paid me the Cash Alternative within an hour. Cant fault them. Great prizes and great odds.
Thanks

Company ignores postal entries.

I sent 166 free postal entries to Bonkers Competitions over the past month, all with individual stamps following terms & conditions. I sent a batch of 35 entries posted at the same time, only the one that was sent First Class Signed-For was credited to my account. The other entries sent at the same time were not assigned, despite all meeting the company’s stated requirement and posted at the same time in the post office.

I have contacted Bonkers Competitions several times and provided evidence, but nothing has been resolved and no missing entries have been added. They seem to hide behind the " we don't talk to postal entries. However, this is a complaint and not just what are my numbers. Based on my experience, and clearly others on Trustpilot, free postal entries do not appear to be treated fairly or consistently. I have also made a complaint to the ASA.

Update: My account was closed.
After accepting that I need to send all postal entries via first class signed for, as that's the only ones they assign to your account. I was staring to get significant postal entries assigned. Until my account was closed.

"This decision has been taken under Clause 12.1 of our Terms and Conditions, which reserves our right to terminate an account at our sole discretion."

They have said that entries made by my partner (handful) were written by me. Now, my handwriting is terrible. They look nothing alike. Her handwriting is neat. Chat gpt even said this is clearly not the same person. Yet they are using this "excuse" to prevent me from completing postal entries and therefore closing my account.

So, again I will complain to governing bodies, as this company does not want to comply with the rules.

Reply to Bonkers Competitions:
I stated in my email response to my account cancellation which was ignored, our handwriting is not the same. Ask AI if you need to verify it. This is an excuse & a reflection on how you operate. You cannot reply with something that is untrue. The facts are that I sent First Class entries which were ignored, while the First Class Signed For items sent at the same time were processed. This happened on multiple occasions. I have never had a First Class entry processed. Once I started sending first class signed for you have looked for a reason to cancel my account. My partner sent a handful of entries into you. I even offered to video both of us writing a postcard that you again ignored. Showing again, how you operate.
Your reply is not accurate.

Handwriting comparison(chatgpt)

This one appears written by a different person:

Notable differences:

The handwriting is larger, rounder, and more upright

Letter shapes differ significantly, especially:

“K”, “A”, “R”, “W” look stylistically unrelated to the other cards

Spacing between words is wider

The writing has more consistent vertical alignment and smoother curves

Numbers are formed differently (e.g., 7, 3, 6)

Overall pen pressure and rhythm differ

Based on handwriting characteristics alone, it looks highly unlikely that the “Karen Walker” card was written by the same person

Hi John,

We allocated every single valid postal entry that was delivered to us.

Regarding your account closure: This was not an "excuse." We identified that you were attempting to circumvent our Terms & Conditions by submitting entries in other people's names to bypass personal ticket limits.

This is a fundamental breach of our rules regarding fair play and entry validity. As a result, the accounts involved were closed.

Cash draw win!

Cash draw win!

Won a cash draw last night. Comms brilliant as always.

Everything transparent and above board - played plenty of comps but been a while since I’ve won, had a few bundle ticket wins but nothing big. Hopefully this win leads to a streak!!
