The experience with Bon Pergola from start to finish was very good. Sales team was very responsive and worked with us at every step. We bought the 13x15 White Pergola with rain sensor and 9 feet columns . The pergola is sturdy and has a contemporary look to it. The delivery was within a couple weeks of purchase, the installation contractor (Hector) we worked with was very professional and communicated well with us. We went with him as he was referred by Bon Pergola. Overall, we liked his job. After installation, we found out that the rain sensor was not working and one of light strips was defective. Bon Pergola immediately replaced it for us and had Hector come out to fix it. We are happy with the purchase and it has been working out great for us so far.

Extended my pergola to 8'4"

Glad there was a 9 foot option, as it was needed for my space. The posts worked well, but were expensive for what they are. Unfortunately, it’s also wasteful, because it ships with the 8’ posts, regardless if you use them or not.
