Made 2 orders as the First one got declined as I chose the pay 10 days later option. So while I was waiting for an confirmation of the order they mailed me 2 days (ordered beginning of the week) later saying they cannot process my order as the payment option is only valid for a special type of customer. Whatever. So I placed a second order. And I saw they took the money from both of the ordered from my bank account. Well the second order I placed said it will be delivered between 4 and 7 days. All right. 2 days later i got the confirmation of my order, lucky me the item i wanted was then out of stock. Of course it was if you confirm an ordered that’s placed on a weekday 2 days later that week. Thanks bonprix. So while I was waiting for this specific bikini it will be delivered after my holiday. Nice. I sent 2 mails stating that they took the amount for the first failed order from my account, however no one understood the matter even though I sent pictures of the bank statement. I know BP from Germany where it was a good service but here in Belgium/France it has been really disappointed. Had more success ordering in a cheap shop as LIDL. Painful and awful. Definitely waiting for getting my 90 Euros back.....

I love shopping in Bonprix. Good quality products and also affordable. They're really good.

I used to order quite a lot from Bon Prix, but I have noticed how over the last year, their level of service has completely fallen. Their deliveries are often much later than promised, and their size tables are COMPLETELY INSANE. I have often ordered what according to their measuring tables is one size, only to find that it was completely - like 5 sizes - different. The reason they got two stars from me instead of 1, was that, to their credit, they have always refunded my returns. But why do they create so many problems for their customers and themselves in the first place? After many returned items, and many complaints about their sizing that seem to go nowhere, I have decided to never order from this company again.

I recommend this site for easy return and fast refund. It is very convenient to shop online nowadays thanks to website like Bonprix. I will definitely consider Bonprix as one of my top options when shopping online. =)

Oordeling is goed

I really like the variety of clothes and sizes, colours and quality. really good value for money. I would order more from Bonprix as their clothes really suit me. However I donl't like that you only get free delivery from 60 eur and you have to pay for returns. Bonprix really needs to address this issue as none of the other online shops seem to ask for payment for returns
