Great service and great bonsais!
I’m not so familiar with bonsais or plants in general so it was great to purchase one from Bonsaiwonder. The web was very informative and made it easy to make my choice, it also felt trust worthy. I wrote their customer service as I had a doubt regarding the delivery and care of the bonsai and they were fast and reassuring in their reply. The bonsai arrived quite fast as well, the packaging was perfect (I was a bit concerned there could be some damage on transport but they made sure everything was tied and neat) and most importantly, the person I was gifting it to loved it. I totally recommend!

The Bonsai arrived ok although falling…
The Bonsai arrived ok although falling leaves. After couple of months died and found out this Bonsai was very difficult. The paper of nursing a bonsai was for all bonsais and not particularly this one. Good contact via app but unable to survive. Limited edition should have papers with it to nurse this tree. Sad it was a present of my sons. Never had a bonsai dead in my collection. After throwing it away half the pot was with new substrate so it was never grown full in this pot. Sad.

Since 3 weeks i wait to get my stuff delivered. Support is answering with generic AI answers and always tells me it gets delivered soon. Requests to cancel and get a refund are getting ignored.

Great quality bonsai, very happy with the purchase
I had a very positive experience with Bonsaiwonder.
The bonsai arrived in good condition, healthy and well packaged. It even had small flowers already, which was a really nice surprise.
The overall quality of the tree is very good, with a beautiful structure and strong leaves.
The drip tray arrived slightly damaged, but it’s not a problem for me and doesn’t affect the product.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.
